Grouping chats into a project
A project is a container for a piece of work. Conversations started inside one share its files and notes, so you stop re-explaining the background every time.
Q3 Launch
Are we still on track for the October date?
Yes, with one dependency. The forecast still assumes the two-region pilot.
Are we still on track for the October date?
Auto
No re-explaining the background
- Projects live in the sidebar
- Open one to start a chat inside it
- Its files are already in scope
- No re-explaining the background
Creating one
Projects live in the sidebar, under the chat history. Create one, give it a name, then start attaching work to it.
What a project chat gets
The project's files and notes are in scope automatically, so a question about the work does not need anything attached by hand.
Projects here and in Workspace
It is the same project in both places. Chat shows its conversations, and Workspace shows its meetings, tasks, notes and files. See projects and teams.
Sharing a project shares its files, notes and tasks. It does not share your conversations. Chats stay private to the person who had them.
