Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. On-device processing features may continue to work during service interruptions.
Account Registration

Your Obligations

You agree to indemnify and hold metir harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your failure to comply with recording consent requirements or any other applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Termination by You

Termination by Us
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms
- Permanent termination for serious violations
- 30 days' notice for non-breach terminations

- You'll still have access to export your data
Effect of Termination
True Deletion Promise: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data may be retained for up to 30 days to allow for account recovery and final data export, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems—no hidden backups.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and metir.
