Pulling your work into a message with @
Typing @ in the composer opens a picker over everything in your Workspace. Choose something and it becomes a chip inside your sentence, and Metir reads it alongside your question.

The chip becomes part of the sentence, so "Summarise @Northwind kickoff and draft a follow-up" reads naturally.
What you can mention
Meetings, notes and files. Each result carries an icon for its kind and a short line under its name, so you can tell at a glance what you are about to insert. A search box at the top of the picker narrows the list as you type.
Mentions compared with attachments
A mention names something you already have. An attachment adds something new. Both end up as chips above the text box, and both are read with your message. See attaching files.
Removing one
Delete the chip like any other text, or use the cross on the chip above the box.
