Finding an old conversation
Every conversation is kept and searchable. Search matches both the title and the words inside the messages, so you can find a chat by something that was said in it.

The action becomes Remove from Favourites
- Cmd/Ctrl+K starts a new chat

Searching
In the expanded Website sidebar, find the CHAT heading above your conversation list and select the magnifying-glass action beside it. This opens Search Chats. On mobile, open the sidebar and use the same action beside CHAT to reveal the Search chats... field. Results first narrow by title, then include matches from inside messages. A message match shows a snippet, so you can tell which conversation you want before opening it.
The new-chat shortcut
On the Website, ⌘K on a Mac or CtrlK on another keyboard starts a new chat. It does not open search. You can also choose New in the sidebar. Once the blank composer appears, use the same controls covered in the composer guide.
Favourites
Open a conversation row's overflow menu and choose Add to Favourites to keep it above the main list. Choose Remove from Favourites from the same menu when it no longer needs that position.
Renaming and deleting
Both live in the overflow menu on the conversation's row in the sidebar. Renaming changes the title you search for. Deleting removes the conversation, so check that you opened the right row before confirming.
