Saving an answer as a note
A good chat answer can become a note in one step, which puts it into your knowledge base rather than leaving it buried in a conversation. See Ask and reading a research answer.
Linking notes to other things
Link a note to another note, a file or a meeting. Metir shows both what a note links to and what links back to it, so a decision note stays connected to the meeting where the decision was made.
