Views
Switch between Today, Week, Month and List. Each view combines meetings from every connected calendar with tasks that have due dates. See connecting a calendar.
Search, filters and quick add
Search finds a meeting or task. Filter narrows meetings by state or project, including Upcoming, Live now, Transcribing, Notes ready, Needs attention and Not recorded. Quick add offers Task first and Event second.
Meeting states
The legend reads Upcoming, Live now, Notes ready, Not recorded and Shared via team in that order. A meeting can also show Transcribing…, Waiting for credits, Analysis needs retry, No speech recorded, Cancelled or Not transcribed.

Open a meeting and record it yourself, from the browser or from your phone. Nothing joins the call on your behalf. See two ways to record.
Tasks on the calendar
Tasks with a due date appear on that day. Complete one in place where the view offers a checkbox, or open it to change its due date. Calendar does not use drag and drop. See tasks.

Click a meeting for its transcript, summary and action items. See the meeting page.
On mobile
The mobile calendar keeps the same four views and meeting states. It combines the browser's separate Search and Filter controls into Search & filter. It also does not use drag and drop.
