When Metir splits a job across agents

Some jobs are too big for one pass. Metir splits them across several agents working at once, and shows you all of them rather than hiding the work.

Then the answer pulls them together

A job split across parallel agents
  1. Big jobs get split up
  2. Every agent is shown, not hidden
  3. Open one to see its brief and its report
  4. Then the answer pulls them together

When it happens

Big questions: research across many documents, or a comparison across many sources. Deep Research works this way.

What you see

A group in the conversation with one row per agent. Each row shows its state: Running, Completed, Failed or Cancelled.

Opening one

Expand a row to see its Prompt, which is what it was asked to do, and its Report, which is what it sent back.

Why the work is shown

Because you can then see which agent produced which claim, instead of being handed a synthesised answer and asked to take it on trust. See reading a research answer.
