Metir gets useful the moment it has something of yours to work with. There are three ways to give it something, and you only need one to start.

The three deposits
A new account shows three cards under the chat box. Each one is a different way to give Metir something real to work with.

What changes after the first one
The moment you complete any one of them, the cards are replaced by quick actions. On the web they are Live voice, Record meeting and Deep Research. On mobile they are Talk live, Record and Research. That row stays for good. See Live Voice and Deep Research.
The guided tour
On your first visit Metir runs a short tour that points at the composer, the model picker, connectors, files, meeting recording and Workspace. You can replay it any time from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
Tips under the greeting
A rotating tip sits under the greeting on the chat home. Tips with a small green arrow are clickable and take you straight to the thing they describe.
