Importing from Google Drive and OneDrive
If your documents already live in Google Drive or OneDrive, you can bring them into Knowledge rather than downloading and re-uploading them.

- Choose Upload from Knowledge
- Choose a connected drive, then select the files
- Imported files join the rest of your knowledge
Importing
Connect the drive in Integrations. In Knowledge, choose Upload, then Add from Google Drive or Add from OneDrive. Choose the files to bring in. See connecting an app you sign in to.
What happens next
Imported files are indexed like anything else, which makes them available to Deep Research and Ask. See adding and indexing files.
Importing takes a copy at the moment you import. Changing the file in the drive afterwards does not change the copy in Metir, so re-import if the source has moved on.
