Managing your subscription

Your plan, credit balance, subscription history and cancellation controls live on Subscription & Billing.

Your balance

Open Settings, then choose Subscription. A free account shows Free Plan and 50 credits per day. A paid account shows its plan, status and current credit balance instead. For what spends credits, see plans and credits.

Usage

To see where your credits went, open Settings and choose Usage. In the mobile app, open your profile and tap Usage. The top of the page shows the share of your credits used so far, for this billing period or, on a daily allowance, for today, and when that resets. Switch between 7 days, 30 days and 90 days to see Usage over time, one bar per day split by feature, and By category, the share each feature took over that range.

Upgrading

In the browser, Ready for More? shows the Starter, Plus, Pro and Max plan cards. If you already subscribe, only higher plans appear and Upgrade opens your subscription management page. In the mobile app, open Profile and choose Manage Subscription. Your plan applies to the same account on every device.

Billing and subscription history

Billing & Subscription History lists subscription starts, renewals, cancellations and credit-pack purchases. If there is no activity yet, the page says No billing activity yet.

Changing or cancelling

An active browser subscription has a Cancel Subscription card. Choose the button named for your current plan to open its management page. For a plan bought in the mobile app, use the subscription settings on the device where you bought it.
