INCY · NASDAQ-GS
Reports Oct 29, 2026, before the open.
Consensus is -$4.27 EPS for Sep 2026 across 7 estimates, ranging -$5.72 to -$3.22.
Incyte’s second quarter was a substantial earnings beat, but the headline growth was amplified by the CMS resolution affecting Opzelura. GAAP diluted EPS of $2.81 exceeded the $1.76 consensus by 59%, while revenue of $1.67 billion rose 38% year over year and 32% sequentially from $1.27 billion in Q1. Net income increased 45% from $405.0 million a year ago and 93% from $303.3 million in the prior quarter. Operating income reached $697.9 million, versus $530.3 million in Q2 2025 and $301.1 million in Q1.
The defining feature was Opzelura: reported sales included a $246 million non-cash reversal of prior Medicaid-related accruals, lifting the quarter’s total net sales to $1.49 billion. Excluding that item, total net sales grew 17% year over year, with normalized Opzelura sales of $204 million, up 24%. The underlying commercial performance was broad: Jakafi grew 7% to $816.7 million, while newer Hematology and Oncology products grew 69% to $222 million. Incyte raised sales guidance, but also sharply raised expense guidance for the Vega acquisition and pipeline investment. The company is entering a data-heavy second half with 10 expected readouts, including four registrational trials.
